Build and demonstrate your platform skills on your own schedule. eCertification combines self-paced lessons and click-along tutorials with hands-on exercises reviewed by Sapio experts.

Practice in your personal Sapio training environment, populated with sample data and available for one year. Your credential is valid for two years and shareable on LinkedIn.
Join a scheduled classroom course for intensive instruction, hands-on platform configuration, and a graded exam. Participants who pass earn the Sapio Certified Platform Engineer credential, shareable on LinkedIn.
For developers and implementation partners
Work through configuration exercises with instructors and fellow learners. The $2,500 per-person package includes breakfast, lunch, a printed training guide, and a personal training app with one year of access.
Classroom courses are scheduled by event. Check registration for current dates, locations, availability, and terms. Future dates and locations will be announced when confirmed.
Platform Engineer is the classroom credential. Platform Professional is the self-paced eCertification credential. Standard role-based eLearning does not award a certification.

Is training automatically included with every implementation?
Training is scoped in your agreement. The eLearning Onboarding Package and additional learner seats can be included in your implementation or onboarding plan. Ask your Sapio account manager to confirm what your agreement includes.
How long do learners have access?
Role-based eLearning seats include three months of access. eCertification includes 90 days of course access and takes approximately 20 hours. Included or separately purchased personal training environments remain available for one year; this does not extend course access.
Can learner seats be shared or reassigned?
Each standard eLearning seat is assigned to one named learner and cannot be shared, transferred, or reassigned. Additional learners require additional seats.
What support and reporting are included?
The onboarding package includes two one-hour group Q&A sessions and three Sapio-provided learner progress reports. Standard eLearning seats include progress tracking, but recurring Sapio-provided reports and live Q&A are not included. A Customer-Managed Training Space provides customer administrators with on-demand access to learner progress.
What is the difference between the two certifications?
Sapio Certified Platform Professional is earned through self-paced eCertification, verified exercises, and a graded exam; it is valid for two years. Sapio Certified Platform Engineer is earned through the three-day classroom course and its graded exam. Both credentials are shareable on LinkedIn.
