Kassandra Peterson is a Knowledge Manager and Technical Writer at Sapio Sciences. In her previous roles, she has served as a software Configuration Manager, marketing Content Creator, Senior Technical Writer and Education/Enablement Specialist for the creation and adoption of Learning Management Solutions in LIMS, ELN, and Scientific Data Management Systems. Her commitments to education in these roles reduced average onboarding and implementation time while driving customer satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Scientific Education Specialist to enable, educate, and reduce barriers for at-risk youth to advance their careers in the biological sciences. During this time, she piloted the curriculum development for International Baccalaureate Biology education in Houston Texas, doubling the number of diploma recipients for her school.
She holds a Master of Science in Molecular Virology and Microbiology from Baylor College of Medicine, where she gained valuable experiences in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, and epidemiology.
