What is SapioCon?

SapioCon is a technology and learning conference hosted by Sapio for the global Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals community. This in-person event features keynote presentations, facilitated panels, and Sapio facilitated group sessions.

Who should attend SapioCon?

SapioCon is open to all in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly those interested in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and digital Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Where and when will SapioCon be held?

SapioCon is taking place from February 16 - 17, 2023 in Miami at the Hilton Miami Downtown.

Why should you attend SapioCon?

SapioCon is an opportunity to expand your network, gain industry leading learning opportunities, and experience the innovations made by Sapio Sciences.

What is the room rate for the hotel?

We have a negotiated room rate of $438 at the Hilton Miami Downtown. We have a block of rooms reserved for the meeting. A reservation link will be provided via email after registration. Please reserve no later than January 19th.

How much will the conference cost to attend?

There is no registration fee to attend the conference.

Will refreshments be offered at the conference?

The agenda found here provides more details. We kick off with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, February 15. On Thursday, February 16, we will provide breakfast, lunch, breaks and host a vendor showcase and reception. Friday, February 17 we will provide breakfast, lunch, and a break before ending in the afternoon.

What COVID precautions will be taken to keep attendees safe?

We will offer masks and sanitizer at registration and in meeting rooms.
